TRAINING ENDS AT LEWIS SPORTS CENTRE, CRYSTAL PALACE
Over the last couple of years we have enjoyed the warmth of Lewis Sports Centre as a home for our Crystal Palace dojo. We have held events from red belt gradings, to the Essex Aikido Forum Course with instructors of the highest standards teaching.

So, as the dawn of a new year approaches, I ask that you tidy your gi and look forward to some new, and old faces, saying "what was that, and how?"

Thanks to all who organised, instructed and trained, you helped make it a very enjoyable experience.
